All our cars have been finely tuned and are available for hire every day of the year. Pre-rental questions

We’ll ask you for your passport or national identity card and a valid driver’s licence when you collect the vehicle.

Only persons appearing on the rental agreement who meet the necessary conditions are allowed to drive the vehicle.

No, we regret that only drivers aged 30 years and over can rent Class Premium vehicles. In the meantime, visit our website www.classrentacar.es to see which models are available for drivers of your age.

We only accept credit cards, American Express and bank transfers.

You must pay the guarantee deposit and the rental fee with your credit card or by bank transfer.

You can change your booking up to 24 hours before the rental begins. Send an email with your request to booking@classpremium.es

Any changes made to bookings will incur an administration fee of €12.

The price of your rental booking cannot be changed, unless the total payable will be higher. In this case, the customer must pay the price difference plus an administration fee.

You can cancel your booking up to 72 hours in advance, by sending a written request to booking@classpremium.es

We will issue a credit note for the total amount or reimburse the amount paid, according to your instructions.

If you cancel within the 72 hours before the car delivery date, you will lose the entire amount paid for the booking.

It’s up to you. We offer a personalised delivery and returns service.

However, please consider that there has been a taxi and local transport shortage in recent years due to high demand on the island of Ibiza. Therefore, if you rent at the airport, you may save yourself several hours waiting for a taxi.

You can add an additional driver by paying a daily supplement.

We guarantee that we will provide you with the same make and model of car shown on the website, although it may be a different colour.

Questions during the rental

Let us know as quickly as possible so that, between us, we can find the best way to deliver the car to you when you arrive on the island.

Call us on +34 971 17 84 45, at least 24 hours before the end of the contract. Our agents will check whether the vehicle is available for the new period requested and will give you further instructions.

The company reserves the right to reject a request for an extension on operational grounds.

Rental vehicles must not be removed from the island of Ibiza.

After the rental

The deposit will be returned after the vehicle has been inspected. Remember that sometimes, banking procedures mean you may have to wait a few days for the credit to appear in your account.

If it is not possible to assess the damage immediately, the company shall have 30 days to return the remainder of your deposit, if any, after deducting the cost of the repair.

Full/Full:
The renter picks up the vehicle with a minimum amount of fuel and must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel. Otherwise, the additional fuel required shall be charged, in addition to a €30 refuelling fee.

If the vehicle is returned with more fuel than when it was collected, the customer may claim for the amount of additional fuel by presenting the corresponding fuel receipt/bill, which shall become the property of the company. Under no circumstances will additional fuel be refunded in the absence of the aforementioned receipt.

In any case, the renter must fill the vehicle with the right type of fuel. Any expenses incurred or repairs (tow trucks, replacement filters and other components, immobilisation of the vehicle, penalty charges, etc.) derived from filling the tank with the incorrect type of fuel are payable by the renter.

If a fine is incurred, the amount of €45 will be charged to the renter by way of an administration fee. This amount does not include the payment of the fine itself. The payment of fines and administrative fees are not included in any of the insurance cover that can be taken out.

In the event that the authorities retain the vehicle resulting from an act or omission on the part of the renter, whatever the cause, the latter shall be liable and will indemnify Class Rent a Car for all expenses (towing, confiscation, penalties) and loss of profits (according to prices in force at that time) incurred as a result.
